Puppy Purchase Agreement

 

ALL OF OUR DOGGES ARE SOLD AS PETS.  WE DO NOT OFFER OUR ANIMALS AS BREEDING STOCK OR SHOW QUALITY.  HOWEVER, IF THE BUYER DECIDES TO BREED THE PUP, HE OR SHE MAY DO SO WITH THE UNDERSTANDING, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE IT TO BE SUCH.

 

  1. The buyer hereby agrees to purchase puppy for the price of $ plus all shipping costs.  All deposits received are non-refundable and will be forfeited should the buyer back out of this agreement for any reason.

 

  1. A $500 deposit is required in order to hold a pup of your choice.  Deposits can be made by U.S. money order, certified check, paypal ( including a 3% fee), or by cash if in person.

 

  1. Choice of puppy is decided on a first come basis.  (deposit received)

 

 

  1. We guarantee the puppy free of any genetic defects excluding any common to bull breeds (hip dysplagia, cherry eye, etc.).  Pups are guaranteed for the first year and if any genetic defect is found, we will gladly replace the pup of comparable or better quality when available.  Cases will be determined on an individual basis.  We must have vet records and signature from vet along with date and diagnosis at the expense of the buyer.  The seller reserves the right to a second opinion at the expense of the seller.

 

  1. The buyer agrees to have the puppy checked by a veterinarian within the first 5 days after purchase for a complete physical examination at the expense of the buyer.  If the vet finds the puppy to have a contagious disease or to have a serious physical condition that cannot be easily treatable by the vet, the seller will replace the puppy with another puppy of comparable or better quality when available.  The seller reserves the right to a second veterinarian opinion at the expense of the seller.  If the puppy is not examined by a vet in the first 5 days after purchase, this guarantee is null and void.

 

  1. Under no circumstances will the seller be responsible for veterinary or medical bills incurred.  Under no circumstances will the seller refund any monies due to simple buyer’s remorse.  Under no circumstances is the puppy to be euthanized without the seller’s knowledge and consent.  Under no circumstances will the seller be responsible for any shipping cost for this puppy or possible replacement puppy.

 

  1. Payments must be made in full in order to release the pup.  If payment is made via certified check or U.S. money order then final payment must be made a minimum of 14 business days prior to pick up.  Cash is preferred at pick up.

 

  1. Buyers will be shown pups by 5 weeks of age.  Pups being shipped will be paid in full by 6 weeks of age and shipped at 8 weeks of age.

 

VIOLATIONS OF THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT RENDERS ALL GUARANTEES STIPULATED IN THIS CONTRACT TO BE NULL AND VOID.  IF THE BUYER VIOLATES THIS AGREEMENT, HE/SHE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY/ALL LEGAL COSTS THE BREEDER ACQUIRES ENFORCING THIS CONTRACT.

 

THIS CONTRACT IS VALID FOR THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER THAT PURCHASED THE DOG FROM CHARMCITY BULLDOGGES.  IF THIS DOG IS TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER OWNER, THIS CONTRACT IS NULL AND VOID.  BREEDER MAKES NO GUARANTEES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, UNDER THIS CONTRACT EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE.
